Let’s be honest people we are lazy and only a few of us take time to learn new information or new skills. One more thing people are scared of taking responsibility, men will lie but will not own their mistakes.
When we rich to this situation there is nothing that can be done just open your wallets and start paying companies that know even less but they will again put the blame on the builder or previous companies, they will say ‘’what a crapy job’’ but in the end, they will do the same crapy job and you the owner will enter in one vicious circle without end.
My name is Rado and I’ve been working in maintenance for 4 years here on the island I have more than a decade of experience. But in Ibiza, I learned how important is to keep the control tide and always ask WHY.
Every owner wants a house that is working but also wants to enjoy his property but this will never happen if you don’t have a WHY guy.
